Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains what is and is not allowed on the flux3ai.com platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.

• Permitted Use

You may use the Platform only for lawful, legitimate, non-abusive creative, professional, editorial, educational, and commercial purposes.

• Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Platform to create, request, upload, edit, transform, process, store, publish, or distribute prohibited content.

A. Adult, NSFW, and Sexual Content

Adult and sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited.

You may not use the Platform for:

pornography,

sexually explicit images or videos,

nude or semi-nude content,

erotic or sexually suggestive content,

fetish content,

sexual services content,

implied nudity intended for sexual arousal,

explicit sexual acts,

sexualized body emphasis intended for arousal,

sexual roleplay content,

sexual deepfakes,

non-consensual intimate imagery,

content involving escorts or prostitution,

content that sexualizes young-looking persons,

any other adult or NSFW content.

B. Child Safety Violations

You may not create, request, upload, or distribute content involving minors in sexualized, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise unsafe contexts.

C. Violence, Abuse, Exploitation, and Harassment

You may not create or distribute content that promotes or facilitates abuse, blackmail, humiliation, violent threats, unlawful violence, exploitation, or targeted harassment.

D. Hate and Extremism

You may not create content that promotes hate, extremist ideology, violent extremism, or discrimination against protected groups.

E. Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation

You may not use the Platform for scams, impersonation, deceptive identity-based content, forged evidence, fake endorsements, or misinformation intended to deceive or harm.

F. Illegal and Rights-Violating Content

You may not violate laws or infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

G. Safety Evasion

You may not attempt to bypass moderation, prompt screening, filters, rate limits, account restrictions, security measures, or payment controls.

• Moderation

We may use automated and manual moderation to review prompts, requests, metadata, account behavior, and related usage signals in order to detect and prevent prohibited use.

• Enforcement

If we determine that you violated this AUP, we may take action without prior notice, including:

blocking prompts or requests,

refusing or removing Outputs,

restricting access,

suspending or terminating accounts,

canceling access or subscriptions where permitted,

preserving records for security and compliance,

cooperating with lawful requests by payment providers, regulators, or law enforcement.

• Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised version.
